Our architectural designs and drawings for our developments are done in-house, thereafter we have several building teams coordinated by project managers and on-site foreman that facilitate the on-site development of our buildings.

Throughout the process we also make use of various sub-contractors and specialist construction professionals, thus ensuring our structures are engineered cost effectively and sound, and always built professionally and to the highest of standard.

DiBi Projects has chosen to focus primarily on green projects where possible, and motivate clients and professionals around us to buy into our way of thinking and the right way of working. Our aim is to create the most sustainable buildings whilst being as carbon neutral as possible.

Accordingly we like to incorporate both modern technology together with natural materials where possible in our projects.
